Other drugs found were, painkillers hydrocodone, oxycodone and tramadol, as well as anti-anxiety drugs alprazolam and diazepam. Mays was due for a hip-replacement the day after his death.
I think most of Hollywood is on drugs, Mays lived in Florida but he‘s still a part of Hollywood. Not only does Hollywood have the big bucks to support an addiction, but drugs are plentiful among them. The Screen Actors Guild, the nation’s largest labor union representing actors, should do random drug tests on it’s members.
I don’t know the going rate for a bottle of painkillers or a bag of coke, but I’m guessing it’s more than a few dollars. Cocaine is a rich man’s drug. The rich use drugs as much as every other class, probably even more. Which has to make one wonder why “Cops” is always arresting people from the lower class. I have never seen a rich person get arrested on “Cops.” I rarely ever see a police officer in the rich part of town.
Mays was not the first and probably won’t be the last entertainer who dies prematurely from drug usage. Let his death and Michael Jackson’s death, which stemmed from drug addiction, be a lesson. Say no to drugs.
